What is Myopractics?
Myopractics: A Holistic Approach to Health and Healing
Myopractics is a therapeutic practice rooted in the principle that “life is motion.” This concept underscores the belief that health and vitality are sustained through the continuous and harmonious movement of all parts of the body—from the smallest cellular activity to the expansive motion of joints and organs.
When motion is restricted, whether through injury, tension, habitual movement, or imbalance, the body’s natural ability to heal itself is compromised. Myopractics aims to restore this motion, thereby reinstating the body’s original, self-regulating & self-provisional nature.
It’s about deepening our understanding of and relationship to our body & mind.
The Pelvis - The Keystone of The Body

As the largest bone structure in the body, the pelvis is designed to bear weight and maintain balance. When the pelvis is imbalanced, the body compensates by shifting tension and weight to other areas, often resulting in restrictions and misalignments. These restrictions can put pressure on the nerve supply to certain organs. The abdominal aorta can become restricted through adhesions that then limit blood supply to major organs. With muscle attachment sites being at the top or bottom of the bones, any structural misalignment can cause a tightness, tension, or restriction to develop. Myopractic treatments focus on removing these restrictions, allowing the body to realign and function freely. Unlike practices that aim to “put things back in place,” Myopractics emphasizes restoring motion and empowering the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Having consistent work done is training your body and muscle’s memory to come back to a “zero point,” a relaxed and peaceful state. The exhale. And the more we create time and space to connect with this place, that feeling, the more we can start to operate or live from that way of being.
